Taman Sri Indah (Phase 2a/2b)

A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, this joint venture project with BintuluDevelopment Authority (BDA) was initiated from a shared mission centered around developing affordable housing for the people of Bintulu, paving way for those in the B40 and M40 income group to fulfill their dream of ownership.

Comprising of 363 units of Sri Pertiwi houses and 36 units of Spektra Medium houses, this project was kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony on August 25, 2020 by the Premier of Sarawak, The Right Honourable Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg. With construction officially starting in July 2021, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, this project undoubtedly faced many challenges and uncertainties. Despite facing challenges posed by the MovementControl Order (MCO), workforce shortages, logistical complexities, and rising material costs, we overcome these challenges with unwavering perseverance. Our efforts and resilience allowed us to successfully complete Taman Sri Indah Phase 1 (107 units of single storey terrace houses), with Occupancy Permit granted on September 20, 2023.
