Mile 8 Industrial Park

Comprising 58 double storey semi-detached industrial warehouses and 19 units of three storey commercial shophouses, this project was launched to strong interest and sales in 2020. Though at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, its undeniably strategic location was a strong attraction for small-medium enterprises. Situated along the Bintulu-Miri Pan Borneo Highway, the centralised location provides easy access to areas including Samalaju and Bakun.

The wide paved roads proved to be an added value for buyers, as it provided ample space for industrial vehicles to maneuver through the roads with ease.
