Green Heights Residence
The Green Heights Residence (Phase 1 & 2) represents our latest residential housing venture in Bintulu for the year 2023. Phases 1 and 2 encompass a total of 90 units of double-storey terrace houses and are anticipated to be completed by 2025.
Strategically situated along the 7-mile Bintulu-Miri Pan Borneo Highway, this project offers convenient access to the J5 Commercial Centre, Time Square MegaMall, Bintulu General Hospital, and the Kidurong area. We foresee the 7-Mile Bintulu-Miri Pan Borneo Highway evolving into a burgeoning residential hub in Bintulu due to the launch of several upcoming housing projects in this vicinity.
The project was meticulously planned and designed with corporate sustainability as a guiding principle, envisioning a reduction in carbon emissions through the utilisation of reinforced concrete walls in the framework, thereby minimising reliance on traditional building materials such as timber and red bricks.
